In a copper mug, combine Mezcal, Lime Juice, and Ginger Beer. Garnish with lime slice.

The Mexicola
2oz Rancho de la Luna Mezcal
1 bar spoon of Mexican coke syrup 2 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
2 drops 20% saline solution
For syrup, take two bottles of Mexican coke, half cup of sugar, and juice of half a lime. Heat on stove over medium-low heat until volume is reduced by half. Stir over ice, strain into rocks glass, and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel. Credit-low desert cocktails

Bad Moon Rising
1-tbsp Honey
3/4-oz Fresh lime juice
3/4-oz Fresh passion fruit juice
1/4-oz Fresh orange juice
1/4-oz Fresh pineapple juice
1/4-oz Latitude 29 Formula Falernum
2-oz Rancho de la Luna Mezcal
Dissolve honey in lime juice at bottom of cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients and ice cubes. Shake. Strain into tall glass then add fresh ice cubes to fill

Desert Cherry
1 oz - Rancho de la Luna Mezcal
1 oz - Patron Silver
1 oz - Cointreau
1 oz - Lime juice
1 Luxardo black cherry
1 Orange peel twist
Combine Rancho de La Luna Mezcal, Patron Silver Tequila, Cointreau and lime juice into an ice-filled shaker. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with luxardo cherry and orange peel twist.

6 Drops of Cucumber Chipotle Bitters
½-Can Blood Orange San Pellegrino
Add the Mezcal to a cocktail glass with ice. Stir the Bitters drops in thoroughly with a bar spoon. Fill glass to top with Blood Orange San Pellegrino. Garnish with lime.

1-oz Quinquina vin aperitif blanc (This is a fancy French ingredient that goes well with citrus. I'm using it to not only make my cocktail different but to put my New Orleans French heritage in the mix)
1-oz Lime Juice
½-oz Simple Syrup
8 Drops of Hellfire Bitters
1 Healthy Pinch Muddled sage
Add all the ingredients into a shaker.. muddle some sage into it.. shake with ice double strain and pour over ice. Garnish with more sage.

2 oz - Fresh grapefruit juice
4 oz - Soda water
I/2 - Lime
Start with a pint glass filled with ice. Pour in 2 ounces of Rancho de La Luna Mezcal, add 2 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice. Fill glass with soda water. Squeeze and drop in half of a lime.
